INGREDIENTS:
* Milk (दूध) - 300 ml
* Custard powder/Cornflour/Milk powder (कस्टर्ड पाउडर/कॉर्नफ्लोर/मिल्क पाउडर) - 2 tbsp
* Sugar (चीनी) - 4 tbsp
* Cream (मलाई) - 200 grams
* Mango (आम) - 1 big size

RECIPE:

In a pan, put some Milk and Sugar for boiling. Take some Custard Powder in a bowl, add some Milk to it and mix it well. When Milk starts boiling put the Custard Mixture in it gradually. Turn off the flame as it turns thick and keep it for cooling down.
Take some Fresh Milk Cream, filter it with a strainer then keep it in fridge for an hour. Then mix the Cream in the Ice Cream mixture and put the mixture in a box and keep it in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
In a pan, put some Mango Pulp and Sugar in it and cook it and make it moisture free. Then let it for cooling down and keep it in the freezer.
In a mixture jar, put the Ice Cream Mixture and grind it. Then put the Mango Pulp in it and grind them all. Put it in a bowl, cover it with the clean wrap and put its lid and keep it in the freezer.
In this way, Tasty and Soft Mango Ice Cream will get ready with few ingredients.
