EXTRA SOFT BREAD | BAHAMIAN COOKING
8 cups flour (all-purpose or bread flour)
1 packet Dry Yeast (1 tbsp. spoon)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. Crisco
1/2 cup oil
1 tin Evaporated Milk (whole milk)
2 cups warm water
*Remember to keep the dough soft. Try to use less flour as the add-in.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
